The fourth round of the 2007 Xtreme Karting Cadet Championship was held on Sunday 29th of April.
After racing in 4 heats, 30 drivers progressed through to the finals (A/B/C/D and E finals), based on points scored from their finishing position in each of the heats.
Craig Pedan won the A final, his second win in a row, after managing to pass Adam English who started in pole position. Adam did well to hold on throughout the A final, but with just 1 lap to go Craig squeezed through with a good overtaking manouvere after Adam went wide.
Adam had started in pole position, after securing scoring 36 out of 40 points in the heats. With 1 lap to go Craig managed to squeeze past, and Craig Arch quickly followed resulting in Adam falling to 3rd place on the podium.
The battle for 4th / 5th was just as exciting, however Craig Mitchell left a gap going over the bridge allowing Bryan Webster to squeeze through and take 4th place, resulting in Craig in 5th, followed by Hayden Walker in 6th.
The B final was won by Ross Agnew, who was competing in his last GP. Ross managed to overtake Stefan Vlahos with a good overtakeing manouvere to take the chequered flag. Elliot Griffiths also managed to squeeze past Stafan, taking 2nd place and Stefan dropping back into 3rd. Connor Rae did well to come from 6th on the grid into 4th, Stuart Hamilton 5th and Bryce Bell in 6th.
Jamie Alexander won the C final, with Fraser McSporran in 2nd, Calum Fraser 3rd, Stuart Burrell 4th, Ashleigh Shirra 5th and Liam Taylor 6th.
Gordon Currie won the D final, followed by 2nd Max Alexander, Simon McHarg, Andrew Fraser, Andrew McLaren and 6th Jack Marshall.
David McLaren won the E final, followed by Sean Lothian, Craig Burns, Taylor Kyle, Cameron Blaney and Jack Nicol.
