Please note that practice sessions cannot be booked in advance, and are available on a 1st come 1st served basis when the track is available (outwith any race events) - Please call to check track availability for Practice Sessions

Deposits

A deposit of 50% of the total event cost is required for all bookings (a provisional booking will normally be accepted with payment of the deposit within an agreed timescale) and the balance payable before the commencement of the event. Deposits are non-refundable.

For events booked more than 4 weeks in advance the deposit will normally be required within 7 days. If the event occurs within 4 weeks of the booking the deposit must be paid at the time of the booking.

Deposits can be made by cheque (business cheques require a minimum of 14 days to clear), cash (by calling into the centre), or by telephone (Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Delta accepted). Please note that if payment is made by telephone the cardholder must be present at the event and must bring the card to the event.

Cadet Drivers

Cadet drivers must be aged between 10 - 15 years old, and can participate in Cadet Practice Sessions, our Cadet Karting School, or a Cadet Party.  Cadets must accompanied by an adult over 18 years old.

For safety reasons cadets will race / practice separately from adults.
