You can also email anytime info@xtremekarting.co.uk with details of your enquiry. Please state preferred venue (Falkirk or Edinburgh!) / Dates / Times / Approx numbers and ages (10-15 or 16+). We will reply to your email as soon as possible.
They are there to help advise you on the race event formats, costs, driver numbers, discuss event options, etc and guide you through the whole process from the initial enquiry to ensure a fun and enjoyable event!
Booking A Race Event:
When booking an event we will discuss with you the available formats for your group size / preferred dates / times etc. Please note that certain events may only be available at certain times and minimum numbers may be required for peak slots.
We can normally make a provisional booking and hold the date / time slot for you. This allows you to confirm with everyone that they can make the date / time chosen and collect deposits (recommended!) from participating drivers!
We will agree with you when a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, normally this is within 5 - 10 days but can vary depending on how much time there is until the event takes place. A provisional confirmation will be sent via email to confirm this.
To confirm the booking we require a 50% deposit, payable either over the telephone by credit / debit card or by card / cash at the centre. (Please note, we no longer accept Personal Cheques and Business Cheques MUST be received a Minimum 14 days before the event date). Once the deposit has been paid then the booking will be confirmed, usually by email (please advise if a VAT receipt is required) and you will be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the booking. NB Deposits are non refundable.
Please be aware that if a minimum number was agreed then the minimum amount that will be charged is the full cost per driver x the agreed minimum number ie if your group falls short of the agreed driver numbers then you will still be charged this amount, for this reason we always recommend you take either deposits or the full amount from participating drivers.
On the day of the event the remaining balance must be paid before the event commences (either for the number of drivers present or the agreed minimum number if greater) either by cash or credit card ONLY(major cc accepted), again a VAT receipt can be issued if required.
After every event, we will contact you to ensure your event went well, and we will also send out an anonymous feedback form for you to complete. Your feedback (both praise and constructive criticisim is very important to us - and we would appreciate it if you could take the time to quickly feedback your groups views!

FAQ On Booking Events:

Can cadets race with adults - Cadets and Adults will race separately. All drivers must be a minimum age of 16 for Adult Race Events, and aged 10-15 for Cadet Events. We would recommend bringing id if the driver looks outwith this age group for their event.
