Xtreme Karting held its fourth Team Endurance Championship event on Monday 3rd July, with 5 teams battling it out in yet another very exciting and close race!
Team Tei wan shu started on pole and maintained the lead for the early stages of the race, with Making up numbers coming through briefly into the lead for a short period during pit changes before Tei wan shu regained the lead. Team Tyremaster carried out some early tactical pit stops allowing them to come through into second place when Making up numbers completed their stops. Team RS were always in the running for 3rd place with their lap times and performance vastly improved after their first race last month, however Making up numbers held on! Team G started the race late (approx 25 minutes into the 2 hr 20 minute race) however were quickly on the pace and enjoyed the racing action.
At the end of the 2 hour 20mins Team Tei Wan Shu took the chequered flag 5 laps ahead of Team Tyremaster. In third place Making up Numbers, 4th Team RS and Team G in 5th place.
All the teams improved on last months race, and the championship continues to provide some enjoyable and exciting racing!
