The seventh round of the 2006 Xtreme Karting Cadet Championship was held on Sunday 30th of July.
After racing in 4 heats, 17 drivers progressed through to the finals, based on points scored from their finishing position in each of the heats.
Ross Agnew continued his good form, winning his 1st championship round after a number of podium finishes in recent rounds of the championship. Ross started on pole position after excellent results in the heats and lead throughout in one of the most exciting finals yet! Craig Arch finished in second place after completing an excellent overtaking move past Bryan Webster, who finished in an excellent 3rd place. Adam English had fastest lap of the day and came from 6th on the grid to finish in 4th place! David Hutcieson finished in an excellent 5th place with John Hill 6th.
Daniel Hannah won the B final, with Stuart Hamilton just behind in 2nd place. Stephen Moss finished in 3rd place, Charlie Linton 4th, craig Peden 5th and craig Mitchell 6th.
The C final was won by Rhys Jenkins, followed by Curtis, David and stuart who were all racing in their first Championship GP.
