Xtreme Karting held its fifthTeam Endurance Championship event on Monday 5th June, with 7 teams battling it out in a very competitive race!
Team Tei wan shu again started on pole, with Team Tyremaster challenging hard throughout the early stages. Following closely behind Last Again and The 75's battled it out for 3rd place in the early stages. The new teams Team RS, the Destructors and The Others struggled with the pace of the regular teams but came on fast and were soon competitive.
As the race progressed Tei Wan Shu started to edge out in front, and Last Again managed to gain 2nd place with some tactical pit stops and great overtaking! With Team Tyremaster edged out into 3rd place and The 75's just behind in 4th it was another close finish. Team RS were quickly on the pace of the faster teams and finished 13 laps down from the leaders, after 2 hrs 15 minutes of race action this was a very good performance for their first event. The Destructors and The Others struggled with the pace, but had great fun as they raced everyone (and each other!) through to the chequered flag.
